TSL SMS Terms
EFFECTIVE DATE: April 30, 2026
TSL provides transportation management software used by transportation agencies for operational, dispatch, and safety-related communications.
By being enrolled by your transportation agency or employer to receive TSL SMS notifications, you agree to receive operational and safety-related text messages from TSL on behalf of your agency. These messages may include, but are not limited to:
Request to Talk / Priority Request to Talk alerts
Silent Alarm notifications
Dispatch updates
Schedule changes
Route or service alerts
Vehicle or driver assignment updates
Other transportation operations notifications
Mobile phone numbers are provided to TSL by the transportation agency or employer as part of workforce management, employee onboarding, dispatcher setup, or system configuration. The transportation agency or employer is responsible for obtaining and maintaining appropriate consent from its personnel before adding mobile phone numbers to the TSL platform for SMS notifications.
Message frequency may vary depending on operational activity. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you may no longer receive SMS notifications from TSL unless you are re-enrolled with appropriate consent by your transportation agency or employer.
You may reply HELP for assistance.
TSL does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
